The next time I call technical support and I hang
up feeling absolutely clueless, I will take a deep breath and remember:

I am NOT clueless, it's just all this hype is
making me feel that way.

Technical representatives often forget they were
once new to the technology.

The shame isn't not knowing, the shame is not
asking for an explanation which you understand.

To take another deep breath, and call back until
you get a satisfactory answer.

Talk with a computer literate friend; he or she
may be able to explain to your satisfaction.

To consider taking a computer workshop to broaden
my understanding of my new tool.

Go Ahead... take a few
more DEEP BREATHS... you deserve them !
