I know the importance of establishing a relationship
with my computer. To attain this I will remember to:

Keep my computer area uncluttered and clean.

Make certain that my workspace is comfortable
and as "distraction-free" as possible.

Dust off the screen, keyboard, and CPU every-so
often, and use it as much as possible.

Maintain a healthy sitting posture. As close to
perfect as possible.

Designate a specific project or task for me and
the computer at least once a week
(daily would be better, if you have the time
and or inclination.)

Take a deep breath to attain a mode of "calm"
before operating my computer.

Ask myself, "What
new thing have I learned?", after each session.
Go ahead, take a few more DEEP BREATHS...
