Affirmations for Netters #22.

The purpose of affirmations is to help us focus on our goals and keep them proximate. Also by keeping our goals proximate, we reduce the stress associated with the mundane tasks required to achieve them.

No matter what your goals are in respect to the Internet, each of us need affirmations, hence, the purpose of this page.

Affirmation for the week ending April 12, 1998 ...

I want to place my business on the WWW, but I'm so confused by the conflicting stories I hear. Those so-called free seminars aren't really free, and friends tell me it's impossible to make any money on the WWW. The next time this frustration arises and I get that hopeless feeling I will breathe and remember:

I can be a successful WWW entreprenuer providing I first and foremost place faith in my ideas or dreams.
Success comes in small baby steps, not giant leaps.
To investigate what other WWW companies are doing to make money.
Conducting business on the Internet is not much different than opening a storefront.
To affirm each day my desire to be successful.
Work doesn't have to be difficult, but it has to be done.
Be prepared for ups and downs and having my faith in what I'm doing constantly tested by customers, competitors, family members, friends, and life in general.

Go ahead, take a few more DEEP BREATHS... You deserve them!
